Hermine developed her own practice and unique style of illustrative watercolour painting. Her works is inspired by nature, interpreting plant symbolism and colours through drawing and painting, resulting in a series of bright modern botanical illustrations. 

Painting when travelling, in cafes, in garden and greenhouses, Hermine is a keen quiet observer.
