It's been a month filled with celebration, blooms and introspection

I've been struggling with motivation these last two weeks, not because of lack of passion, (I've actually painted loads) , but more by being a bit throw back with the underwelming demand. Last year May was my best month so I think I went into this one with (over ?) confidence but also pressure on myself to beat lasts years numbers. And in that craze I've been overthinking everything ! 🙃

I hosted my “Spring Wishes” last night!

🦋 My takes: It was lovely small group (thanks tube strikes), but in all honesty it’s also much more enjoyable with a smaller group that fits into one table, it’s more communal. last time I had two tables and it felt like 2 different groups to tend to.

🌸 My top: Seeing people write greeting card with intention for themselves, their friends, their sister, their mother, so beautiful !

🤸 My flop: My stapler broke ! I think I did not wrap/pack it well and a piece inside snapped in transport, meaning we couple only assemble two paper butterflies… So that was not so great ! But everyone still was able to write their “spring wishes” and intentions on their butterflies and said they will staple it at home.

💫 Lesson learn: always pack multiple tools ! I had looots of pens, scissors, wrapping papers, cards etc but only one stapler

Thank you to @taylor___meade for having us in their beautiful furniture showroom.

Hope everyone had a lovely time of mindful writing & crafting !
